That's so cool! I can only imagine its not possible to wake up on the wrong side of the bed now...one look at rapunzel's wide eyed gaze at the world would surely put a smile on anyone's face and start the day on a good note this is epic thank you for sharing it
This is gorgeous!! What kind of paint did you use and did you use any sort of paint retardant so you could rework as you went? Did you project a sketch onto the wall first or just start painting? I love how you rendered the lanterns!! Did you use a reference picture? (Love how you said "three days time" instead of 3 days a la Mother Gothel XDXD)
Wow how many questions!I'm glad to answer to you. The colors are acrylics, I used several layers of colors to make it pop. Of course, there's a drawing of her under that and i made a lot of exercise before drawing it that big. Then I sketched it on a large paper, hang it on the wall in the right place and copied it using a graphite paper between my drawing and the wall. It is much more simple cause drawing directly on the wall it's a mess. Sure i used reference picture for her but I never copy all the details in the reference, I do them by myself. Brushes were used in all the way you can use and ruin them. If you want to make one, remember that those brushes will be so ruined at the end that you could use them one more time, not more.
